A d-disjunct matrix is mathematical model of combinatorial group testing and is also an identification tool in group testing, α - almost k-disjunct matrix is a kind of random d-disjunct matrix. Base on α - almost k-disjunct matrix, α - almost de-disjunct matrix and α - almost （d, r, z]-disjunct matrix are defined. These new random d-disjunct matrices are constructed by the affine plane with order n, and their parameters are calculated, and their properties are studied.
