摘要
以新型混合制冷剂(质量百分比91.83%的R218和8.17%的R846)为实验工质,在板式回热器热泵系统中进行实验,分析实验装置中回热器对热泵循环性能的影响。结果表明,回热器用板式替代套管式后,回热器进出口温差从10℃增加到26℃,回热效果明显,系统性能得到改善。进一步分析回热量对系统性能的影响,得出随着回热量的增加,压缩机耗功增加30.3%,但系统制热量增加85.5%,制热系数增加41.7%,系统性能显著提高。
A new mixed refrigerant (mass percentage of 91.83% for R218 and 8.17% for R846) was proposed as an ex- perimental refrigerant in a plate regenerator heat pump system. The influence of the regenerator on the performance of heat pump cycle was analyzed. The results show that the temperature difference between the inlet and the outlet of the regenerator increases from 10℃ to 26 ℃ after the type of regenerator is replaced tubular by the plate type. It means the heat recovery effect is obvious and the system performance is improved. Further analysis of the impact of heat recovery on system performance shows that with the increase of heat recovery amount, work consumption of compressor increases by 30.3%, but the heating capacity of the sys- tem increases by 85.5% , the coefficient of heating increases by 41.7% and the performance is significantly improved.
