京藏高速宁夏段改扩建工程对沿线植被的影响及保护对策

Influence of the Reconstruction and Extension of the Ningxia Section of the Beijing-Tibet Expressway on the Vegetation Along the Line and Its Protection Countermeasures

通过调查京藏高速宁夏段沿线的植被类型,分析了改扩建工程建设对植被的影响预测,提出了该段改扩建工程应以环评批复为指导,以环保为原则,分别在设计期、施工期和运营期以法规宣传、教育警示、灌草结合植入乡土植物及土壤种子库等方式进行植被恢复与保护,为改扩建后生态恢复提供参考依据。

Based on the investigation of types of vegetation along the Ningxia section of the Beijing-Tibet Expressway,the paper analyzes the influence of the construction of the renovation and expansion project on the vegetation.It puts forward that the reconstruction and expansion project of the project is guided by the environmental evaluation and approval based on the principle of environmental protection.During the construction period and the operation period,vegetation restoration and protection shall be carried out through laws and regulations propaganda,education warnings,shrub-grass combination with local plant and soil seed bank,etc.,which provides reference for ecological restoration after reconstruction and expansion.
