茅尾海沉积物放线菌分布与重金属相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 指出了北部湾(Beibu Gulf)东接雷州半岛,北依广西,西邻越南,南通过北部湾口与南海相通,为天然半封闭海湾,是我国大西南地区的出海口。但我国海洋科学综合考察对其关注却较少。因此,加强对北部湾的科学研究对我国的海洋科学研究具有重要意义。以广西钦州市钦南区茅尾海为研究对象,通过对茅尾海5个具有代表性的研究区域采集沉积物,分别对其重金属含量及放线菌进行了分析,结果表明:5个采样区域放线菌具有一定的差异性,与相对应的重金属进行对比分析,成不同程度的相关性。 BeibuBay(Beibu Gulf)connects Leizhou Peninsula in the east,Guangxi in the north,Vietnam in the west and the South China Sea in the south through the Beiwankou.It is a natural semi-enclosed bay,and it is the estuary of the Southwest of China.However,marine science in our country pays less attention to it.Therefore,strengthening the scientific research of Beibu Bay is of great significance to all aspects of China.Taking MaoMei Sea in Qinzhou district,Guangxi as the research object,the heavy metal content and actinomycetes in five representative study areas of MaoMei Sea were analyzed.The results showed that the actinomycetes had some differences in 5 sampling areas,which were correlated with the corresponding heavy metals.
