湿法烟气脱硫废水主要处理技术的问题及建议

Problems and Suggestions for Main Treatment Technologies of Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization Wastewater

针对去除烟气中含有的二氧化硫污染物质时采用的湿法烟气脱硫方法而产生的废水,分析得出了湿法烟气脱硫废水的水质特点。对目前使湿法烟气脱硫废水达标排放的主要处理技术:化学沉淀法、化学沉淀—微滤法和蒸发结晶法进行了对比,找出了处理技术方法中存在的问题,由此提出了解决的对策建议。

Based on the wastewater generated by the wet flue gas desulphurization method used to remove the sulfur dioxide pollutants contained in the flue gas,this paper analyzed the water quality characteristics of the wet flue gas desulfurization wastewater.The main treatment technologies that currently meet the standards for the discharge of wet flue gas desulfurization wastewater：chemical precipitation,chemical precipitation-microfiltration and evaporative crystallization are analyzed.The problems in the treatment technology are obtained and suggestions are made.
