摘要
通过研究纳氏试剂配制的基本原理,剖析了影响纳氏试剂配制的各个因素,提出了将超声波技术应用在纳氏试剂配制过程中以使二氯化汞的溶解速度变快。实验结果表明:此法配制的纳氏试剂相较《水和废水监测分析方法》(第四版增补版)中提到的方法更稳定,测试样品中氨氮含量更准确。
By studying the basic principle of the preparation of Nessler's reagent,the factors affecting the formulation of Nessler's reagent are analyzed,and ultrasonic technology is applied to the process of the preparation of Nessler's reagent to make the HgCl2 dissolve faster.The Nessler prepared by this method is more stable in the test sample than the method mentioned in Water and Wastewater Monitoring Analysis Method(Fourth Edition Supplement)[1].And the ammonia nitrogen content in the test sample is more accurate.
