孕前孕期医学量表测定综合分析系统对出生缺陷的预测价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨孕前孕期医学量表测定综合分析系统与女性健康状态及出生缺陷之间的相关性。方法前期已建立系统、有效的个性化测评数据库,即孕前孕期医学量表测定综合分析系统,纳入2013年1月至2014年6月在南方医院门诊产检的18~35周岁早、中孕期妇女,统一训练过的调查员进行问卷测评后,广东医卫数字医学研究中心统一进行计算测评,出具测评报告,计算体力、情绪、智力平均值,随访至分娩或流产。按妊娠结局分为不良妊娠结局组(自然流产、胎儿畸形、染色体异常)与无并发症足月妊娠组,统计比较两组间体力、情绪、智力值的差异。结果自然流产组、胎儿畸形组分别与无并发症足月妊娠组相比,平均体力值、情绪值、智力值低于后者,差异具有统计学意义;染色体异常组与足月分娩无并发症组相比,平均体力值、情绪值、智力值低于后者,差异具有统计学意义。结论孕前孕期医学量表测定综合分析系统可作为预测自然流产、胎儿畸形的辅助测评手段。 Objective To investigate predictive value of prenatal medical scale integrated analysis system on adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods The prenatal medical scale integrated analysis system had been established. Pregnant women(age 16-35 years) for antenatal examination in Nanfang Hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were included. All the pregnant women included were followed the principles of awareness and voluntary. The test reports were issued by the Guangdong health care digital medical research center through computer calculation assessment. The average physical,emotional,and intellectual numerical values were calculated. The women were followed up until childbirth or abortion. According to the outcome of pregnancy,they were divided into birth defects group and uncomplicated term pregnancy group. Physical,emotional,and intellectual differences were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with uncomplicated term pregnancy group,the average physical value,emotional value and intelligence value of spontaneous abortion group and fetal deformity group were significantly lower than those of uncomplicated term pregnancy group. Compared with the full-term childbirth without complications,the mean physical value,emotional value and intelligence value of the chromosomal abnormalities group were significantly lower than the latter. Conclusion The prenatal medical scale integrated analysis system can be used as an auxiliary method to predict spontaneous abortion,fetal abnormalities,and premature.
