基于模糊层次分析法的北斗用户装备效能评估

BeiDou User Equipment Effectiveness Evaluation Based on Fuzzy AHP

北斗用户装备效能评估是武器系统效能评估和武器装备系统作战效能评估的基础，同时也是开展北斗用户装备设计论证和装备选型的重要依据。本文将模糊层次分析法应用于北斗用户装备效能评估，首先建立完整的北斗用户装备效能评估指标体系；在此基础上利用层次分析法确定指标权重，采用模糊隶属函数和专家投票法确定指标的模糊关系矩阵；最后利用模糊算子合成模糊关系，并进行模糊综合评判。算例表明，该方法将定性和定量分析相结合，评估结果体现了装备效能的模糊性和模糊程度，可有效提高效能评估的精细化程度，为北斗用户装备效能评估和效能分析提供技术支撑。

BeiDou user equipment effectiveness evaluation is the basis of weapon system effectiveness evaluation and operational effectiveness evaluation of weapon equipment system. It is also an important basis for BeiDou user equipment design demonstration and equipment selection. In this paper, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process （FAHP） is applied to BeiDou user equipment effectiveness evaluation. The complete index system of BeiDou user equipment effectiveness evaluation is established. Based on this, AHP is used to determine the index weight, fuzzy membership function and expert voting method are used to determine the fuzzy relation matrix of the index. Finally, the fuzzy operator is used to synthesize the fuzzy relation and carry out fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The example shows that the method combines qualitative and quantitative analysis and the result can reflect the fuzziness and fuzzy degree of equipment effectiveness, which will could effectively improve the precision of effectiveness evaluation and provide technical support for BeiDou user equipment effectiveness evaluation and effectiveness analysis.
