摘要
以淮南矿业集团潘三煤矿1662(1)运输平巷掘进工程为背景,针对深部高应力软岩巷道难以支护的问题,系统分析总结了该类巷道变形破坏特征,并提出了锚网索注联合支护对策。即在该类巷道掘进初期先采用锚杆及锚索联合支护控制围岩变形,随后配合注浆锚杆提高围岩承载能力。运用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件,对不同支护方案下软岩巷道的应力场及位移场分布进行研究。
Taking the 1662 (1) transport laneway tunneling project of Pansan coal mine in Huainan mining group as a background,in view of the difficult support of deep high stress and soft rock roadway, the deformation and failure characteristics of this kind of roadway are systematically analyzed and summarized. Joint support measures, that is, in the early stage of this type of roadway excavation, the joint deformation of surrounding rock is controlled by the joint support of anchor bolt and anchor cable ,then grouting anchor bolt is used to improve the bearing capacity of surrounding rock. The numerical simulation software FLAC3D is used to study the distribution of stress field and displacement field of soft rock roadway with different supporting schemes.
