摘要 基于明鑫煤矿净直径?6 m、高度25 m的直立圆形煤仓工程实践,探讨了采用密铺钢轨、锚固支撑件、圆周钢丝绳和铁钢砂混凝土联合支护形成煤仓下口高强度耐磨层的抗破坏关键技术,解决了常规铁钢砂混凝土内衬层易于出现变形破坏、离析冲落、井下维修困难及危险程度高等主要问题,提高了直立圆形煤仓下口的安全、稳定、耐久性。 Based on the engineering practice of the Mingxin coal mine vertical circular coal bunker with the net diameter of φ6 m and the height of 25 m, the key technology of anti damage for forming high strength wear-resistant layer at the bottom of coal bunker by adoption of the combined supporting of dense overlay rail, anchorage support, circumferential wirerope and iron grit concrete is discussed, the main problems of the prone to deformation,damage,segregation and flushing of the conventional iron grit concrete lining layer,the difficulties and high risks of the underground repair are solved, the safety, stability and durability of the bottom of vertical circular coal bunker are improved,and it can be used for reference to the anti damage of similar coal bunker.
