摘要
首先分析了岩层自重应力倾斜方向的分量和水平应力对巷道围岩应力分布规律的影响,然后根据围岩应力分布提出相应的支护措施,最后通过现场应用测试对锚杆受力和巷道变形进行监测,以验证选取巷道断面形状和支护方式的合理性。结果表明:选取巷道断面为梯形能够降低岩层自重应力倾斜分量对巷道围岩的剪切破坏程度;锚杆工作状态较合理,充分发挥了锚杆的支护作用;设计支护参数能够有效控制该倾斜煤层的巷道围岩变形。
First analyzes the component and the horizontal rock gravity stress the tilt direction of the stress field of surrounding rock stress distribution, then according to the stress distribution of surrounding rock and puts forward the corresponding supporting measures, finally through the site deformation monitoring and roadway on the anchor with the test, to verify the selection of roadway section and support method is reasonable. The results show that the selection of roadway section is trapezoidal, can reduce the damage degree of rock stress shear tilt component of the surrounding rock; bolt working state is reasonable, give full play to the supporting effect of bolts; the design of tunnel support parameters can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of inclined coal seam.
