摘要
基于潘三矿新西风井表土段整体稳定性差的特点,决定采用冻结法施工井筒,并进行冻结参数和冻结方案的设计。冻结结果表明:积极冻结期盐水温度均低于设计温度;冻结时间比设计时间提前7 d,冻结壁厚度和冻结壁温度达到设计值;冻结管工作状态正常,矿井正常施工未受到影响。
Based on the poor stability of the surface soil section of the new west ventilation shaft in Panji No.3 mine, decided to use the freezing method to construct the wellbore and to design the freezing parameters and freezing scheme. The freezing results show that the freezing temperature is lower than the design temperature. The freezing time is 7 days ahead of the design time, the freezing wall thickness and temperature reach the design value. The working condition of the freezing pipe is normal, the normal construction is not affected.
