矿井巷道水情监控装置设计

摘要 针对矿井巷道积水布局分散、现有监控手段集中控制水平不高的问题,设计开发了一套矿井巷道水情集成监控装置。本装置的监控单元基于嵌入式微控制器STM32F407,集分站模式水情信息采集与水泵启停控制、主站模式异地信息访问与数据交互功能于一体,实现了信号输入、工作模式设定、继电输出、数据通信等模块的底层硬件驱动设计和软件开发。 To solve the problem of scattered distribution of water storage in mine roadway and low level of centralized control of existing water conditions monitoring methods, an integrated mine roadway water condition monitoring equipment is designed. Based on embedded microcontroller STM32F407, the monitoring unit of the equipment integrates water-condition related signal acquisition and pump switch management in substation mode and the remote access and data interaction in master mode, with the underlying hardware driver design and software development of the signal input, operating mode settings, relay output and data communication.
