摘要 提出基于PLC的煤矿井下排水自动排水控制系统设计方法。该系统划分为自动控制和手动控制2部分,在系统硬件模块中,主要对抗干扰模块进行设计。系统软件分别构建了半自动控制程序和全自动控制程序以及涌水检测程序。实验表明,该系统稳定性高,功耗低,具有一定推广价值。 A design method of automatic drainage control system for underground drainage based on PLC is put forward. The system is divided into two parts: automatic control and manual control. In the hardware module of the system, the main anti jamming module is designed. The system software constructs the semi-automatic control program and the full automatic control program, as well as the water gushing testing program respectively. The experiment shows that the system has high stability and low power consumption, and has a certain extension value.
