摘要
为了精确控制带式输送机运载煤炭的数量,研究传送带张力变化对皮带秤精度的影响,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立秤架结构模型进行模拟分析。结果表明:传送带在运行时张力值随着时间在初始张力值附近波动;当传送带运行趋于稳定后,除了与滚筒接触部分出现了较大的应力外,其余部分的应力变化量很小;随着输送机施加初始张力的增加,传送带动张力趋于稳定的速度先加快,后变慢,纵向合力随着传送带张力的增加有逐渐变小的趋势。
In order to control the amount of carrying coal belt conveyor and research the influence mechanism of belt tension change on belt scales precision, finite element mode was established to design for belt tension to strap balance changes. Research conclusions:beh tension value near the initial tension value fluctuations over time.When the belt running stable, in addition to part of a larger roller contact stress is outside, the rest of the stress variation is small.With the increase of belt tension, skin tension stable speed speeding up, the first after slowing, longitudinal force increased with the increase of belt tension has a tendency to progressively smaller.
