摘要
从煤矿工作面设备用电多样化以及设备用电需要稳压的需求入手,研究了一种新型的矿用相控整流器控制系统。研究了基于芯片KJ009和KJ042的脉冲触发电路,通过调节触发脉冲的移相来控制输出电压。研究了基于DSP芯片的电压采样与硬件PI闭环控制电路对输出电压进行稳压。最后通过实验研究实现了对相控整流器直流侧输出电压的移相和稳压调节功能。
A new type of phase control rectifier control system for mine is studied from the demand of electricity diversification and the demand of power supply. Studies the pulse trigger circuit based on the chip K J009 and KJ042, and controls the output voltage by adjusting the phase shift of the trigger pulse. The voltage sampling and the hardware PI closed loop control circuit based on DSP chip are studied to stabilize the output voltage. Finally, the phase shift and voltage regulation function of the DC side output voltage of the phase controlled rectifier is realized through the experimental study.
