摘要 利用UG三维建模软件对JKM-2.8×6(I)A型多绳摩擦式提升机摩擦轮进行三维建模,并将模型导入ANSYS有限元分析软件中。基于工况数据监测平台的数据,对摩擦轮进行不同工况下的加载和约束,然后进行有限元受力分析,得到各工况下摩擦轮应力应变状况。 Three-dimensional modeling of the friction wheel of JKM-2.8×6(I)A multi-rope friction hoist was carried out by UG three-dimensional modeling software, and the model was imported into ANSYS software. Based on the data of working condition data monitoring platform, the friction wheel is loaded and restrained in different working conditions, and then the finite element stress analysis is carried out to obtain the stress and strain of the friction wheel in each working condition.
