摘要
液压支架安全阀流量特性性能的优劣直接影响着煤矿井下支护安全,因此,进行安全阀流量特性的研究意义重大。提出了基于AMESim软件和FLUENT软件联合大流量安全阀特性进行仿真研究,最后得到了安全阀在外力作用下的动态响应。仿真结果可以对液压支架安全阀的结构改进和合理选型提供参考。
Hydraulic support therefore, it has great signifi safety valve performance affect the support safety of coal mine directly, cance to study the column pressure characteristics. Analyses the safety valve system, put forward the study of the hydraulic support pressure simulation based on AMESim software and FLUENT software; finally, get the dynamic response of the column and the safety valve system under loads. The simulation results can provide reference for the structural improvement and reasonable selection of the hydraulic support safety valve.
