摘要
以圆环链为研究对象,结合实际工况,对圆环链的材料属性进行定义,建立了圆环链的有限元分析模型。在圆环链上分别施加70、105、140 kN载荷,进行加载试验。研究表明:随着负载的增加,链条Mises应力基本呈线性趋势增长;受力加载后链环的圆弧段所受应力较大,易产生断裂及塑性变形问题。
The circular chain as the research object, combined with the actual conditions, the material properties of the circular chain is defined, the finite element analysis model of the circular chain is established. The loads of 70,105,140 kN were respectively applied to the circular chain to carry out the loading test. The results show that the Mises stress of the chain increases linearly with the increase of the load. The stress on the circular arc of the chain increases with the increase of load large, prone to fracture and plastic deformation problems.
