转炉终点不倒渣出钢工艺开发及应用研究

Research on the development and application of BOF end-point direct-tapping process without pouring slag

摘要 对于转炉单渣工艺,为了实现转炉终点不倒渣出钢,关键在于控制炉渣的泡沫化程度。在理论分析炉渣泡沫化程度影响因素的基础上,通过生产试验研究了加料方式和副枪测量后的二吹供氧量等因素对某厂180 t转炉炉渣泡沫化程度的影响,得到以下结论:改进转炉冶炼过程中石灰、轻烧白云石以及冷却剂的加入方式,同时依据TSC副枪测量信息严格控制二吹供氧量,可以一定程度上降低转炉终点炉渣的泡沫化程度。采取上述措施后,某厂180 t转炉终点的出渣角度由常规工艺平均84°增加到90.3°,转炉终点不倒渣出钢率由常规工艺10%增长到50%以上,出钢温度损失较常规倒渣出钢工艺降低了6~10℃,可减少转炉出钢等待时间2 min左右。 In order to achieve direct-tapping without pouring slag at BOF end-point, the key point is to control the slag foaminess in the BOF single slag process. On the base of theoretical analysis of the influence factors on the slag foaminess, the effects of charging sequence and oxygen amount blown after sub-lance measurement on the slag foaminess in 180 t BOF were studied in production trial. The results showed that improvement in the addition methods of lime, dolomite and coolant, and at the same time control of the oxygen supply based on the TSC measuring information could reduce the final slag foaminess effectively. Mter applying the above measures, the average deslagging angle of the 180 t BOF was increased from 84° to 90.3°, the direct-tapping rate without pouring slag at the blowing end-point was increased from 10 % to 50 %, the tapping temperature loss was reduced by 6 ℃ to 10℃ ,and the waiting time for tapping was reduced by 2 min,compared with the conventional process.
