摘要
为提高电渣炉钢锭的内部质量,降低生产成本和改善生产环境,对电渣炉的二次冷却装置及其生产工艺进行了优化。新的气雾冷却装置舞钢2号、3号电渣炉应用后,取得了明显效果:生产现场噪音大幅减轻;电渣钢锭质量明显上升,其探伤合格率由原来的94.83%上升至99.76%;压缩空气成本与原风冷工艺相比,降低了260元/t,经济效益显著。
In order to improve the internal quality of electroslag furnace ingot, reduce the production cost and improve the production environment, the secondary cooling equipment of electroslag furnace and its manufacturing technique had been optimized. The new mist cooling equipment applied in No. 2 and No. 3 electroslag furnace of Wugang Iron and Steel Company, the results showed that the noise of workshop greatly reduced, the qualification rate of electroslag furnace ingot during flaw detection increased from 94.83 % to 99.76 % ,and the compressed air cost reduced 260 yuan/t.
