摘要
介绍一种基于阻性膜片的Ka频段宽带波导功率分配器。有别于传统波导功率分配器,该结构通过在波导公共端插入阻性膜片,从而可实现输出端口相互隔离。无源网络实测结果显示,在29GHz^40GHz的频带内其S_(21)和S_(31)优于-4.1d B,S23优于-17d B。该种功率分配器具有宽带、低损耗、高隔离度特性,在毫米波功率合成领域应用前景广阔。
A Ka-band waveguide power divider based on resistive film is presented. Compared with a traditional waveguide power divider,this novel structure could provide a high isolation between output ports with a resistive film inserted in common ports of the waveguide. Measured results of the passive structure proves that the S21 and S31 are better than-4. 1 d B and the S23 is better than-17 d B in the frequency range between 29 GHz and 40 GHz,which indicates that the divider could provide a wide bandwidth,a low insertion loss and a high isolation. Thus it may be widely used in millimeter wave power combining applications.
