抑制尖孢镰刀菌人工肽适体的筛选和鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 香蕉枯萎病严重危害香蕉产业的发展。本研究从肽适体文库中筛选获得对香蕉枯萎病致病菌尖孢镰刀菌有抑制作用的人工肽适体SNP-D4。通过构建人工肽适体体外重组表达载体,获得SNP-D4体外重组蛋白。结果表明,通过抑菌活性检测表达人工肽适体SNP-D4的大肠杆菌全蛋白提取液,能够特异性抑制尖孢镰刀菌孢子的萌发,使其萌发率降低至19.60%。本研究筛选得到的人工肽适体SNP-D4可应用于研发环境友好型特异抗真菌生物制剂,为香蕉枯萎病防治提供新的技术手段。 Banana fusarium wilt was a serious disease which causes great damages to banana-developing industries. Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense FOC4 was considered as the essential pathogen. In this study, the artificial pepaptamer SNP-D4 was identified from our created pepaptamers library for the inhibition of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense FOC4. The recombinant expression vector SNP-D4 was constructed and expressed. The results of antifungal activity test revealed that the total protein extract of Escherichia coli containing SNP-D4 expression could specifically inhibite up to 19.60% of the germination rate for F. oxysporum FOC4. Collectively, our present study implied that the artificial pepaptamer SNP-D4 could be applied to develop environment-friendly biological agents for the control of specific fungal disease, offering a new technique for the prevention and control of banana fusarium wilt.
