摘要
研究了用硫酸从布袋灰中浸出有价金属锌和铜,考察了硫酸浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间、液固体积质量比对锌、铜浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:用浓度为1.61mol/L的硫酸,在温度95℃、液固体积质量比6∶1条件下搅拌浸出2h,锌浸出率达97.23%,铜浸出率达96.78%,浸出效果较好;砷随铜、锌浸出进入浸出液。
Leaching of zinc and copper from bag dust using sulfuric acid was researched.The effects of the sulfuric acid concentration,temperature,reaction time and liquid-to-solid ratio on leaching of zinc and copper were examined.The results show that the leaching of zinc and copper can reach 97.23%and 96.78%,respectively under the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 1.61 mol/L,temperature of 95 ℃,reaction time of 2 h,liquid-to-solid ratio of 6∶1.The leaching effect is good,arsenic is be leached into leaching solution with copper and zinc.
