摘要
研究了用ORZ复合材料从工业钴萃余液和反萃取液中除油,并进行了扩大试验。试验结果表明:与活性炭相比,ORZ材料可将钴萃余液、反萃取液中的油去除至1mg/L以下;ORZ吸油微球易解吸再生,无固废产生;脱除的油可回收,无二次污染;反萃取液除油后无金属损失;ORZ除油技术可节省成本超过50%。
Removal of oil from industrial cobalt raffinate and stripping solution using ORZ composite material as adsorbent was studied,the bench-scale experiment was performed.The results show that the ORZ material can reduce oil content below 1 mg/L compared with activated carbon.Desorption and regeneration of ORZ material is easy and no solid waste produces.The oil removed from the solutions can be recycled without secondary pollution.The metal is no loss during treating stripping solution.The removal cost can reduce 50%.
