摘要
随着我国社会经济的持续快速发展及科学技术水平的不断提高,我国的建筑业也获取了蓬勃性的发展成果,其中装配型建筑结构的大力推广运用即是其中明显的象征。装配式建筑在其结构设计过程中具备高细化、高协调度、低容错性的个性化特征,适于导入BIM技术来提升其操作效率。以我国南方某城市中一座整体剪力墙的装配型建筑项目为研究对象,阐明了BIM技术在装配型住房结构强化设计方面的操作难点,依托拟建技术标准、进行程序软件研发来解决技术难题,且在该项目的具体深化设计环节中展开BIM技术的实际运用过程,获取了圆满的工作成效。
With the rapid development of economy and science and technology in China, our archiectural industry has gained vigorous development results. Among them, the promotion and application of the prefabricated building structure are outstanding.The prefabricated building is characterized as high accuracy, high coordination and low fault tolerance. So BIM technology is guided into improving its operation efficiency.Taking an prefabricaed building project of a whole shear wall in a city of southern of China as the research object, the operation difficulties of BIM technology in the process of strengthening prefabricated buildinging structure are clarified, and the technical difficulties are solved by the establishment of technical standards and development of program software R & D. What’s more, the practical application process of BIM technology is carried out in the detailed design links, and a successful work has been achieved.
