摘要
通过针对托架基板制件的结构特点分析,正确、合理的选择所需设计、制造级进模全部成形工艺及各工序排列的分析过程。同时介绍了模具主要工作零件及模具的总装结构设计。
Through the analysis of the structural features of the bracket substrate part, correctly and reasonably choose all the forming processes of the required design and manufacturing progressive die and the analysis process of the arrangement of each process. The main working parts and the general structure design of the die are also introduced.
