复杂形状高强度乘用车转向节的模具研发与应用

摘要 结合奔驰300C汽车转向节等国家重点新产品研发,从锻造过程辊锻制坯、电液锤闭式模锻成形。从精锻模具设计与辅助加工,到计算机模拟技术,再到锻件新材料应用等方面,研究复杂形状高强度乘用车转向节精密锻造技术,开发高新技术系列新产品,实现产品替代进口、批量出口的目标。 This paper mainly introduces Mercedes-Benz 300 C automobile steering knuckles and other national key new product research and development, from roll forging billet, electro-hydraulic hammer closed forging forming, and precision forging die design and auxiliary processing of forging process, to forging new material applications, etc. Do a research on precision forging technology of passenger vehicles steering knuckle which has complex shape and high strength,develop high-tech series of new products and achieve the goals that product substitute the imported and export in batches.
