摘要
目的:探索利他行为提升生命意义的机制。方法:使用利他行为、生命意义、领悟到的社会支持和自尊量表对513名网络被试进行调查。结果:(1)复合多重中介模型拟合良好;(2)利他行为通过领悟到的社会支持提升个体生命意义的路径显著;(3)利他行为通过提升个体领悟到的社会支持,进而提升自尊,最后提升生命意义的路径显著;(4)利他行为影响生命意义的直接路径不显著;(5)自尊在利他与生命意义关系间的影响不显著。结论:通过复合中介模式,领悟到的社会支持和自尊在利他行为提升生命意义的过程中起着中介作用。
This study aims to explore the mechanism for altruism to enhance the meaning in life, by testing 513 online subjects with scales for altruism, the meaning in life, the perceived social support, and self-esteem. The results show the following： （ 1 ） The multiple mediator model fitted well; （2） a path significantly showed that altruistic behavior enhanced the meaning in life through the perceived social support; （3） a path significantly showed that altruistic behavior enhanced self-esteem by enhancing the perceived social support and eventually enhanced the meaning in life; （4） there was no significant direct path where altruism affected the meaning in life; and （5） self-esteem failed to significantly affect the relationship between altruism and the meaning in life. The study concludes that based on multiple mediator model, the perceived social support and self-esteem play an intermediary role in altruism＇ s enhancement of the meaning in life.
