辽宁省语言资源的现状及开发利用策略

语言资源的保护及开发利用,是一项功在当代、利在千秋的大事,受到政府的高度重视。辽宁省地处东北地区南部,文化底蕴深厚,语言资源丰富,但面临着汉语方言萎缩、少数民族语言濒危、口头语言艺术日趋消亡等无法回避的现实。在这种背景下,对语言资源进行开发利用需立足本省实际情况,做好三期规划,找准四个切入点,注重部门协同和民间参与,将语言资源的保护与开发利用并举。同时要避免一些误区,有的放矢地推进本省语言资源的开发利用,为经济社会发展服务。

The protection and exploitation of the language source is a great event exerting a tremendous influence on both the present and the future.Therefore,it is paid great attention to by the government.Liaoning Province, located in the south of the northeastern China, has a deep cultural background and rich language resources, but it is confronted with the fact that Chinese dialects are shrinking,and both the language of the ethnic minority and the oral culture are on the verge of extinction.In this context, the development and utilization of language resources should be based on the actual situation of the province, and three periods of plans should be made with the exact entry of the four points.Attentions should be paid to the departmental synergy and civil participation simultaneously.At the same time,we should avoid some mistakes and promote the exploitation of the language source,serving the social development.
