特朗普时代东北亚安全格局的双重性并没有改变,但不变中有变,变中有不变。特朗普入主白宫,其"另类"的美国总统身份和"出格"的施政举措,给东北亚安全带来了诸多"不确定性",但"不确定性"中亦有美国追求继续独霸世界、主导东北亚的"确定性"。中共十九大所擘画的全面建成社会主义现代化的强国路线图和两步走战略,将是中国应对东北亚安全变局的指导方针,中国的总体目标应是做大做强自身的综合国力,遵循"合作共赢"的基本思路,推动东北亚安全由"不确定性"逐步走向"确定性",实现建设东北亚命运共同体的宏伟目标。

China＇s overall goal should be to strengthen its own comprehensive national strength, follow the basic idea of ＂win-win cooperation＂, and promote a change in the Northeast Asia security from ＂uncertainty＂ to ＂certainty＂, in order to realize the grand goal of building a community of shared fate in Northeast Asia.
