Research on the Smart Parking Industry for Making the Environment More Livable

党的十九大报告指出,新时代我国社会的主要矛盾是"人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾",发展智慧停车产业,是对这一矛盾的积极回应,是提高居民宜居和幸福感的重要实践路径。面向宜居人口生活环境建设的智慧停车产业发展,应加强高端智能停车装备的制造能力、建立停车资源信息化统筹管理平台、建立国有和民营资本合作激励机制、匹配产业发展需要的多维度人才体系和建立智慧停车产业发展的金融支持体系。

The report of the Nineteenth CPC Congress stated that the main contradiction of the Chinese society has evolved to be the contradiction between the people＇s ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development. The smart parking industry is a positive response to this contradiction as well as an important path for making the environment more livable and improving people＇s happiness. To develop the smart parking industry tbr a more livable environment, we should increase our capability in manufhcturing higb-end intelligent parking equipment, establish an integrated information management platform for the parking resources, create an incentive mechanism for public-private capital cooperation and a multMevel human resources system meeting the development needs of the industry, and put in place a financial support system for the industry .
