Fares法与Hippocrates法治疗肩关节前脱位并肱骨大结节骨折的优劣差异被引量：1

摘要目的对比分析肩关节前脱位并肱骨大结节骨折患者应用Fares法与Hippocrates法治疗优劣差异。方法将我院收治的70例肩关节前脱位并肱骨大结节骨折患者选为观察对象,随机分为甲、乙两组各35例。甲组患者予以Fares法治疗,乙组患者予以Hippocrates法治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果甲组复位成功率高于乙组差异显著(P<0.05)。甲组复位疼痛评分低于乙组差异显著(P<0.05)。甲组复位操作时间短于乙组差异显著(P<0.05)。甲组并发症发生率低于乙组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论肩关节前脱位并肱骨大结节骨折患者应用Fares法治疗的效果更加确切,不仅可以减轻患者疼痛程度,缩短操作时间,还可以减少并发症的发生,临床应用优势十分显著。
