奥曲肽联合小剂量多巴胺治疗肝肾综合征的疗效及对患者肝肾功能的影响

The Effect of Octreotide Combined with Small Dose Dopamine in the Treatment of Hepatorenal Syndrome and Its Effect on Liver and Kidney Function

目的探讨奥曲肽联合小剂量多巴胺治疗肝肾综合征的疗效及对患者肝肾功能的影响。方法选取2016年11月~2017年11月经某院或该院上级医院检查诊断为肝肾综合征的患者110例,数字表法随机分为两组,对照组应用单用螺内酯联合速尿治疗,观察组应用奥曲肽联合小剂量多巴胺治疗,比较干预效果、肝功能及肾功能水平。结果观察组干预效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组肝功能各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组肝功能各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组肾功能各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组肾功能各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝肾综合征的治疗过程中,奥曲肽联合小剂量多巴胺的治疗效果理想,能有效改善患者肝肾功能,临床上可进一步推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of octreotide combined with small dose dopamine in the treatment of hepatorenal syndrome and its effect on liver and kidney function. METHODS From November 2016 to November 2017 110 cases in a hospital or superior hospital diagnosed as liver and kidney syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,the control group used spironolactone alone combined with furosemide treatment,the observation group application of octreotide combined with small dose dopamine treatment,of intervention,liver function and kidney function. RESULTS The intervention in the observation group was better than control group（ P〈0.05）; the liver function index of the two groups had no difference（ P〈0.05） before the intervention,the observation group after the intervention of liver function indexes were better than the control group（ P〈0.05）; the kidney function index of the two groups before the intervention had no difference（ P〈0.05）. After the intervention,the observation group of kidney function indexes were better than the control group（ P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Octreotide combined with low dose dopamine is effective in the treatment of hepatorenal syndrome. It can effectively improve the function of liver and kidney,and should be further applied in clinic.
