开平地区抗高血压口服药物应用情况与药学服务干预效果

Application of Oral Antihypertensive Drugs in Kaiping Area and the Effect of Pharmaceutical Care Intervention

目的调查开平地区高血压患者对抗高血压口服药物的使用情况,分析药学服务干预对抗高血压药物治疗的影响效果。方法选取2015年3月~2016年3月在某院门诊治疗的能取得联系的高血压患者3 000例,经过随访或家访,分析高血压药物应用情况,并将患者随机分为两组(干预组与对照组各1 500例),干预组实施药学服务干预,对照组给予常规模式干预。比较干预6个月后两组干预效果。结果调查患者中,二联用药、服用钙拮抗剂者为最多;干预组患者依从率为99.00%,不良反应发生率为2.50%,降压有效率为97.71%,各项均明显优于对照组(依从率84.93%、不良反应发生率15.64%、有效率85.79%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本地区抗高血压药物应用基本合理,但仍存在一些问题。实施药学服务干预能提高患者依从性和降压效果,并降低不良反应的发生率。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the use of oral antihypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension in Kaiping area,and to analyze the effect of pharmaceutical care intervention on antihypertensive drug therapy. METHODS A total of 3 000 patients with hypertension from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected,the use of anti pertension drugs was analyzed. Patients were randomly divided into two groups（ The intervention group and the control group with 1 500 cases each）. The intervention group was implemented with pharmaceutical care and control group was given routine intervention,and the effects of intervention between the two groups after 6 months were compared. RESULTS Combination therapy was common,and calcium antagonists was the most commonly used drug. In the intervention group,the compliance rate of intervention group（ 99. 00%）,the incidence of adverse reactions（ 2. 50%）,and the effective rate of lowering blood pressure（ 97. 71%） were significantly highter than that of the control group（ 84. 93%,15. 64% and85.79%,respectively）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The use of antihypertensive drugs in this area are basically reasonable,but there are still some problems. Pharmaceutical intervention can improve compliance and efficacy,and reduce adverse reactions.
