政府出资代建型静脉用药调配中心建设体会

The Experience of Constructing the Government-funded and Agented Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service(PIVAS)

目的总结政府出资代建型静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)建设的经验,为医疗机构新建类似PIVAS提供参考。方法介绍某院PIVAS筹建过程中遇到的问题及体会。结果与结论 PIVAS的建设是一项系统工程,必须统筹规划设计、设备选型、人员储备与培训、制度建设等方面的工作,同时药学部门需提前介入并持续跟进施工,方能建设好政府出资代建型PIVAS。

OBJECTIVE To sum up the experience of setting up a pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS） which is founded and constructed by government,and then give some advices about the construction of PIVAS. METHODS The problems encountered and experience during a preparation of PIVAS were shared. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Setting up a PIVAS is a systematic project. Planning,designing,devices selecting,human resources hiring,training as well as institutional construction are all essential. The department of pharmacy should get involved immediately and supervise the whole construction process.
