紫杉醇致神经病理性疼痛的药物治疗实践

Medication practice of paclitaxel-induced neuropathic pain

目的探讨紫杉醇化疗致罕见神经病理性疼痛的药物治疗方法。方法临床药师参与一例紫杉醇致神经病理性疼痛的治疗,进行药学干预,提出合理化用药建议。结果通过临床药师参与治疗,患者使用紫杉醇后诱发神经病理性疼痛得以较好缓解,保证化疗按期进行。结论临床药师需关注临床常用药物罕见不良反应,并加强药学监护,提高药物治疗的安全性和有效性。

Objective To explore the methods of drug therapy for patient with the uncommon neuropathic pain induced by Paclitaxel.Methods Clinical pharmacists took part in the treatment of the neuropathic pain induced by Paclitaxel in one case of patient,and provided rational medication suggestions for the patient.Results By participating in the treatment, ultimately the patient with the neuropathic pain induced by paclitaxel have relieved, which ensured the patient opportunely passed the period of chemotherapy.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should pay close attention to adverse drug reactions in clinical,and strengthen pharmaceutical care to improve the safety and efficacy of drug treatment.
