立体定向穿刺引流技术治疗少量高血压脑出血经验交流

Experience of stereotactic puncture and drainage in the treatment of small amount of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨立体定向引导下穿刺引流技术治疗少量高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法比较58例行立体定向穿刺引流术的高血压脑出血患者,与同期保守治疗的61例高血压脑出血患者的治疗结果。结果立定向穿刺引流组患者手术2周后GOS评分与手术半年后Barthel指数均较保守治疗组高(P<0.05)。结论采用立定向穿刺引流手术治疗少量高血压脑出血,可以减少继发性脑损伤,神经功能恢复较快,患者的预后改善明显。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of stereotactic puncture and drainage in treatment of little hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 58 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by stereotactic puncture and drainage were compared with 61 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with conservative treatment at the same time. Results The GOS score after 2 weeks and the Barthel index after half a year in the stereotactic puncture and the drainage group were higher than that of the conservative treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of small amount of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by using the method of stereotactic puncture drainage can reduce the secondary brain injury, recover the nerve function quickly, and improve the prognosis of the patients obviously.
