崔云教授运用温清饮治疗男科病经验探析

CUI Yun's Experience in Treating Male Diseases by Using Wenqing Decoction

[目的]探析导师崔云教授运用温清饮加减治疗男科病的临床经验,以期更好地指导临床实践。[方法]通过临床跟师学习和收集整理崔老师运用温清饮治疗男科疾病的医案,对温清饮进行方药分析并对畸形精子症致不育、慢性前列腺炎和慢性附睾炎三则具有代表性的验案进行辨证思路、用药特点及临证心得的总结分析。[结果]崔老师认为,现代人生活压力大,饮食结构改变,生活作息不规律,易伤及脾胃,导致痰湿内生,久之化热,湿热内蕴,郁久成痈成毒,积聚于精室,以致精室脉络瘀阻,瘀热胶结,入营伤血、伤精。辨证属精室湿热瘀结证,当以清热与活血并举、兼以利湿为治疗原则,常选清热活血、和营解毒之温清饮加减,切中病机,故临床疗效满意。[结论]崔云教授运用温清饮加减治疗男科病的经验独到,疗效显著,值得借鉴、学习和进一步研究。

[Objective] To analyse the experience of Professor CUI Yun who uses the herbal prescription ＂modified Wenqing decoction＇to treat male diseases, so as to direct our clinical practice better. [Method] By learning from Professor CUI as well as collating his medical eases that applicating＂modified Wenqing decoction＇to the treatment of male diseases,analyzing the prescription of Wenqing decoction, discussing three typical clinical cases of the teratozoospermic infertility and chronic prostatitis and chronic epididymitis by analyzing the noematic way and characteristics of herb use and clinical experience.[Resuh] Professor CUI thinks that the huge life pressure and change in diet and irregular life easily hurt the spleen and stomach, causing phlegm endogenous, endoretention of damp heat gathering in essence chamber, the blood stasis of main collateral channels, damaging the blood and sperm.Syndrome differentiation belongs to the damp heat stasis syndrome in the essence chamber,treatment should clear away heat-dampness and activate blood and remove stasis.Professor CUI often chooses Wenqing decoction to treat this kind of disease,owing to match up to the pathogenesis of the disease, so the clinical effect is good.[Conclusion]Professor CUI Yun＇s experience in treating male diseases with Wenqing decoction is distinctive, and the curative effect is remarkable. It is worth reference, studying and further studying.
