Experience of Professor LU Xianchang in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis

[目的]总结鲁贤昌教授中西结合治疗类风湿性关节炎的经验。[方法]跟随老师临诊学习,搜集鲁贤昌教授的临床医案,从对类风湿性关节炎病因病机的理解及诊治特点和用药规律等角度,总结其学术思想与临证经验,并附验案一则。[结果]鲁贤昌教授认为类风湿性关节炎属中医"痹证"范畴,其病因病机为正气虚衰,筋骨肌腠空虚,外加风寒湿邪侵犯机体,阻滞经络,气机运行不畅,久之形成痹证。治疗时衷中参西,证病结合,主要从温阳通痹、护脾胃等角度遣方用药,处方善用精当药对,同时重视西药及外治联合,临床效果明显。所举医案,充分应证了其上述学术经验。[结论]鲁贤昌教授中西结合、内外兼治类风湿性关节炎,用药特色鲜明,疗效确定,有较高临床参考价值,值得深入学习和推广运用。

[Objective] To summarize the experiences of Professor LU Xianchang in treating rheumatoid arthritis. [Methods] Professor LU＇s experience and the treatment principles were summarized by attending the process of his diagnosis and treatment for patients and his medical records. [Results] Professor LU＇ s treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, clinical addition and subtraction, herbal prescription had better clinical efficacy, and attached with the ease of a post- mortem.[Conclusions]Medicine of precise curative effect is determined by Professor LU and the mechanism of medication has higher clinical value,it is worth in-depth study and application.
