基于中医传承辅助平台对针灸治疗原发性痛经选穴组方规律分析

Study on Regularity of Acupuncture Points Prescription for Primary Dysmenorrhea Based on TCM Inheritance Platform System(V2.5) Software

[目的]通过运用中医传承辅助平台,基于临床文献数据挖掘、分析针灸治疗原发性痛经的穴位配伍规律,总结针灸治疗原发性痛经的核心处方。[方法]检索1991~2017年中国知网期刊数据库收录的针灸治疗原发性痛经相关的临床研究文献,采用中医传承辅助平台分析、统计所有穴位中最常见穴位和穴位组合的频次以及核心穴位组合特点。[结果]共纳入204篇文献、287首穴位处方,得出针灸治疗原发性痛经多采用三阴交、关元、次髎、气海、地机、中极、足三里、肾俞、太冲、子宫等穴位及"中极、三阴交""气海、关元""气海、三阴交""关元、三阴交""关元,足三里"等常用穴位组合14个,并可得出针灸治疗原发性痛经"补益肝脾肾及冲任为主,兼以活血祛瘀行气祛湿"的用穴特点。[结论]运用中医传承辅助平台对研究数据结果进行整理分析,所得到的穴位配伍规律和核心处方可为临床治疗原发性痛经提供统计学依据及参考方案。

[Objective]With the help of the TCM Inheritance Platform System（V2.5） Software,the key acupuncture points for primary dysmenorrhea are determined by data retrieval on the basis of clinical literature.[Methods] The acupuncture points formula for primary dysmenorrhea between 1991 and 2017 were screened from CNKI database and then input into the TCM Inheritance Platform System（V2.5） Software,the frequency, proportion and combination of aeupoints and the combination of the core of all acupoints and the most common acupoints were analysed. [Results] Totally there were 287 formulas in 204 articles selected for primary dysmenorrhea,indicated Sanyinjiao（SP6）, Guanyuan（RN4）,Ciliao（BL32）, Qihai（RN6）, Diji（SP8）, Zhongji（RN3）, Zusanli（ST36）, Shenshu（BL23）, etc. were mostly selected in acupuncture for primary dysmenorrhea; inaddition, 14 acupoints combinations were acquired. It can be concluded that the rule attached great importance to the organs including the liver, spleen and kidney,aattaches great importance to the Chong vessel and Ran meridian, and regulated removing blood stasis,activating Qi circulation and eliminating dampness. [Conclusions] Through the analysis of the research results, the TCM Inheritance Platform System（V2.5） Software offers a statistical basis for the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, and also provides a reference for the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
