曲骨、关元针刺配合艾盒灸治疗良性前列腺增生症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture of the Qugu and Guanyuan Points Combined with the Box Moxibustion on the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

[目的]明确曲骨、关元针刺配合艾盒灸治疗良性前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)的近期效果及远期效果。[方法]收集泌尿外科和针灸科良性前列腺增生症患者共60例,按照随机数字表分为2组,对照组30例,治疗组30例。对照组为口服非那雄胺片加盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊,治疗组为曲骨、关元针刺配合艾盒灸。比较分析治疗近期(结束)及远期(3个月)的国际前列腺症状评分(International Prostate Symptom Score,IPSS)、生活质量评分(Quality of Life,QOL)、前列腺体积(Total Prostatic Volume,TPV)、残余尿量(Residual Urine Volume,RU)等指标的差异。[结果]治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IPSS、QOL、TPV指标与治疗前自身比较均有改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组IPSS、QOL指标与对照组比较有改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),该两项指标的远期效果(3个月)治疗组也明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]曲骨、关元针刺配合艾盒灸治疗良性前列腺增生,与单纯药物治疗相比,在IPSS、QOL方面治疗效果优于单纯药物治疗,且远期效果(3个月)明显。

[Objective]To study the recent effect and long-term effect of acupuncturing the Qugu point and Guanyuan point combined with the box moxibustion on the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. [Methods]A total of 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia of urology and acupuncture were collected. The random number table was divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in the control group and 30 in the treatment group. The control group was prescribed with orally taken androgenic tablets and tensorrosin hydrochloride release capsules, the treatment group was treated by acupuncture the Qugu point and Guanyuan point combined with the box moxibustion. Compare and analyze the differences between the recent（end） and long-term（3 months） of the international prostate symptom score（IPSS）, quality of life（QOL）, prostate volume（TPV）, residual urine volume（RU） and other indicators. [Results]Acupuncture the Qugu point and Guanyuan point combined with the box moxibustion treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, compared with pure drug therapy, the treatment effect of IPSS and QOL was better than that of pure drug therapy, and the long-term effect（3 months） was obvious, while TPV and RU curative effect decreased after treatment, but the long-term effect was not obvious.[Conclusion] Acupuncturing the Qugu point and Guanyuan point combined with the box moxibustion treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia can effectively improve the symptom of benign prostatic hyperplasia and improve the quality of life.
