小剂量地西他滨治疗ASXL1基因突变阳性MDS/MPN 1例

摘要 ASX基因是一种人类基因,编码蛋白被认为具有调节染色体作用,在人体有3个同源基因即ASXL1、ASXL2和ASXL3。研究显示,ASXL1基因突变在髓系肿瘤中发生率较高,且与髓系肿瘤预后有密切关联[1]。DNA甲基化是最早发现的表观遗传学之一,在多种肿瘤的发生、转化中有重要意义[2]。
