摘要
目的 探讨个案追踪法结合PBL培训模式在责任护士岗位培训中的应用效果.方法 选取该院责任护士826名,按照病区分为观察组和对照组,各413人.观察组主要运用个案追踪法以病历表单为追踪路径,以表单中所反应的患者健康问题为导向,对涉及的知识点进行追踪考核并定期进行试卷考试.测评两组责任护士相关知识考核合格率,应用中国注册护士核心能力量表及自制考核表,评价责任护士核心能力和满意度、医生满意度、患者满意度及护理质量.结果 观察组实施个案追踪法结合PBL培训模式后,护理质量平均分及相关知识的合格率明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);护士核心能力及满意度,医生满意度和患者满意度均提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05).结论 个案追踪法结合PBL培训模式的实施,建立了培训学习以临床需求为导向,以岗位胜任力为核心的护士培训制度,深化了以患者为中心的服务理念,深入推进优质护理.
Objective To explore the application effect of individual case backtracking method combined with PBL training pattern to primary nurse on-the-job training. Methods A total of 826 primary nurses of this hospital were selected, which were divided into observation group and control group (413 cases each) according to the inpatient ward. Individual case backtracking method was mainly used in observation group, and medical history form was used as backtracking route. The reflected patients' health problems of form were the guide to have backtracking evaluation and periodic examination for the referred knowledge points. The related knowledge percent of pass of primary nurses in both groups were evaluated. In addition, China registered nurse core competence scale and self-made evaluation form were applied to evaluate the core competence and satisfaction of primary nurses, doctors' satisfaction, patients' satisfaction and nursing quality. Results After individual case backtracking method combined with PBL training pattern was applied to observation group, the average score of nursing quality and the percent of pass of related knowledge were improved significantly. The difference had statistical significance (P〈0. 05). The core competence and satisfaction of primary nurses, doctors' satisfaction, patients' satisfaction and nursing quality were improved. The differences had statistical significance (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of individual case backtracking method combined with PBL training pattern builds nurse training system that training study is based on clinical demand and post competence as the core to deepen the patient-oriented service philosophy and further boost high quality nursing.
