热毒宁注射液的药理作用与临床应用及不良反应分析

目的探讨热毒宁注射液的药理作用、临床应用及不良反应分析。方法随机抽取2017年1—6月份徐闻县人民医院600份使用热毒宁注射液的病例进行回顾性分析,对所有病例的科室,重点对其临床应用与不良反应的发生等情况进行研究分析。结果在所有病例中,使用热毒宁注射液最多的临床科室为呼吸内科、儿科和普通内科;且对其临床症状基本有效;而发生不良反应例数最多的是呼吸内科。结论热毒宁注射液为临床常用抗炎、抗病毒药物,对上呼吸道感染、病毒性肺炎、病毒性肠炎、急性支气管炎等有确切疗效,解热镇痛力强,常见的不良反应有恶心呕吐、腹泻、过敏性皮炎等,一般程度较轻,极少发生过敏性休克、急性喉头水肿等严重不良反应,总体临床使用安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the pharmacological effect of Reduning injection,clinical application and adverse reactions.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 600 cases who were treated with Retinine injection in our hospital from 2017 to June,focus on its clinical application and adverse reactions and other situations were studied and analyzed.Results In all cases,the clinical departments that used the most RDNI were respiratory medicine,pediatrics and general internal medicine,and were effective for their clinical symptoms;The largest number of adverse reactions occurred in the Department of Respiratory Medicine.Conclusion Reduning injection is a common clinical anti-inflammatory,antiviral drugs,for upper respiratory tract infection,viral pneumonia,viral enteritis,acute bronchitis and other effective,strong antipyretic analgesia,common adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,Allergic dermatitis and other serious adverse reactions,such as allergic shock,acute laryngeal edema and so on,are generally mild.
