The paper analyzes the implementation effect of fixed assets light in China＇s oil drilling enterprises and dissects the underlying causes of influencing factors from the market and enterprises based on such three factors affecting fix asset＇s benefit producing as utilization ratio of fix assets, structure, and cost. It is believed that under the new situation, the quantitative measures of fixed assets light cannot be targeted at the simple control of investment, must be revitalized through innovative development, and optimize the structure of fixed assets with good investment increment.
