巨噬细胞在运动诱导白色脂肪组织棕色化中的作用研究进展

摘要 诱导白色脂肪组织呈现棕色化可以增加机体能量消耗,有望成为防控肥胖及其相关代谢性疾病有潜力的靶点。研究表明,运动可诱导白色脂肪组织棕色化,并可使脂肪组织中巨噬细胞数量和表型发生改变。本文系统综述运动诱导白色脂肪组织棕色化和运动对脂肪组织巨噬细胞的影响研究,并推测巨噬细胞在运动诱导白色脂肪棕色化中的可能作用。
