摘要
"学校—社区互动"成为学校与社区紧密结合的实践样态,是促进农村学校改进的有效路径。"学校—社区互动"促进农村学校改进,在价值追求上体现为:回归农村与扎根乡土、记住乡愁与全人发展、校本特色与共同成长;其内容载体是:学校文化建设与办学理念提升、教学模式建构与教师共同体发展、课程资源开发与社区建设规划指导;其有效策略是:理解与审议、协同与生成、反思与提升、完善与引领。
"School-community interaction" is a sample of the integration between schools and communities,which isalso an effective way to enhance rural schools. The value of "school-community interaction" is reflected in returning tocountryside and taking root in the natural environment,culture and life experiences of local communities;cultivatingwell-rounded person with affection from families,neighborhood and homeland;promoting school-based characteristicsand mutual development of rural schools and communities. By ameliorating school culture and philosophy,promotingteaching model and teacher-community construction,developing community curriculum and guidance to communityconstruction,the "school-community interaction" will eventually facilitate the development of rural schools. The effectivestrategies of "school-community interaction" are understanding and consideration,collaboration and generation,reflection and promotion,and perfection and guidance.
