摘要
从富营养水体张家浜河中筛选出1株编号为H5的菌株,基于其形态特征和通过16S r DNA测序的系统发育分析鉴定为粪产碱杆菌,并研究了该株菌的溶藻及脱氮效果、脱氮关键酶活力和反硝化酶基因。结果表明:H5菌株可通过分泌胞外物质溶藻。当H5菌株投加量为15%时,其对蓝藻具有良好的溶藻效果和脱氮能力,10 d内叶绿素a和总氮去除率分别达到73.9%和69.3%;H5菌株脱氮关键酶活性较强且具有反硝化功能基因。
A strain H5 was successfully isolated from the eutrophic water sampled from Zhangjiabang River,and was subsequently identified as Alcaligenes faecalis based on its morphological features and phylogenetic analysis using 16 S r DNA sequencing. This study investigated its algal-lysing characteristics,denitrification activities of key enzymes,denitrification genes expression,as well as nitrogen removal efficiency. The results indicated that the algal-lysing substances mainly existed in extracellular aseptic filtrate. As the dosage of strain H5 was 15%,after a ten-day treatment,the removal rate of chlorophyll a and total nitrogen were 73. 9% and 69. 3%,respectively. In addition,highly active denitrifying enzymes were identified in strain H5,and the denitrification genes was detected.
