摘要
脱硫废水作为燃煤电厂终端的高盐废水,利用余热烟气蒸发工艺是实现高盐废水零排放的技术路线之一。通过掺配化学工业品来获得稳定特性的高盐废水,并进行pH值调质,对比研究调质后的高盐废水对后续烟风系统的温降、氯盐分配、SO_3脱除率及酸露点、结垢的运行特性等,从而获得最优的废水调质方案。
Desulfurization wastewater is one kind of high salt waste water at the end of coal-fired power plants. High salt wastewater zero discharge was achieved by the use of waste heat of flue gas evaporation technology. In this article,through blending chemical industrial products,the stable high salt wastewater was obtained. After pH conditioning, the paper comparatively studied operational characteristics of temperature drop of subsequent smoke wind system,chlorine distribution,SO3 removal efficiency,acid dew point and scaling before and after quenched and tempered high salt wastewater,and obtained the optimal scheme of waste water conditioning.
